Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Quanrixa (the “Service”), provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS, Amman, Jordan] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
1. Who sells the subscription
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. One subscription covers one company.
3. Free trial
New accounts may start one free trial of 14 days without a card. When the trial ends, access stops unless you subscribe. You are never charged automatically for a trial you did not convert.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. If you change plan, the difference is charged or credited pro rata. If a payment fails we may retry it and suspend access until it succeeds.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access it without authorisation, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You can export it at any time. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Figures and AI-generated insights are decision support, not financial advice.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of [the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan].
