Refund Policy

Payments for Quanrixa are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

Free trial first

Every plan can be tried free for 14 days with no card, so you can decide before paying anything.

14-day money-back

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund partial periods after the first 14 days, except where the law requires it.
