What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, company, role, password (stored only as a one-way hash).
Messages you send through the contact form.
Subscription and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment reseller Paddle.com, never by us.
Technical data: IP address at sign-up, sign-in times, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in.

To provide the Service, bill for it, answer you, keep accounts secure, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product notes.

Paddle.com — processes payments as Merchant of Record (Paddle privacy notice).
Hostinger — hosts the website, database and email.
OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes to — receive the questions you type into the product’s assistant.

We do not sell personal data.

While your account is open, and deleted within 30 days of a request or of account closure, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at info@quanrixa.com.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to the product, and store your theme preference in your browser. No advertising cookies.
